KFC Quinton - Hagley Road West
Food is okay. Like other KFCs I find the chicken portions very hit & miss. The location is convenient; no car park but can usually find parking outside except for very busy times. Mostly used by pick-up/takeaway customers. This branch suffers from a very small seating area (often dirty, and often overflowing bin) between the counter and the toilets. Needs a remodel.

The ease of ordering is ok for both the machine and the counter. I needed to use the counter for one of my orders as the machine does not give you the option to take away the dressing of the salad. The crew were helpful and accommodating in this part. However the reason for the review is they took awhile to assemble the order. I saw our stuff just sitting on the warmer for awhile. Hence our food was a bit cold. There are people that came after us their order were ready in less than 10 mins while we waited for nearly 20 mins which is quite disappointing. The store was not even that busy.

Food was stone cold and the hot wings looked like they had been warmed up over and over again they tasted like rubber, to sum it up very disappointing. Half of the food went into the bin.

The staff is very bad you have to wait a long time even though the restaurant is not busy. The staff ignores you there is two staff ladies and they completely ignore you. KFC Quinton please change the staff.

Headless chickens comes to mind. 1st off all the app wouldn't work so couldn't get fillet tower box meals discounted so tried to get my £5 discount of a 10 piece family feast, this didn't work also so had to pay full price. They even tried manually. Got home and only had 6 pieces, not 10. Would have been happy to phone them to deliver missing pieces so we could start eating and low and behold not taking calls. So had to go back. They eventually fixed my order and offered me 3 extra pieces as an apology for my wasted petrol and time. Double checked the bag while in the shop and no fries and all the assistant could do was laugh. Got home and noticed that they only gave me 2 extra pieces. What a shambles. Avoid this branch as they are useless.

Less than impressed overall, staff barley paid attention to people queuing to order at counter so used the automated machine which was fine. But the staff are clearly gaming the electronic system to show low customer wait times, my order moved from preparing to ready to collect almost instantly, but was gone from that screen about 3 minutes before they had done the order at all. Called over to collect food after 5 minutes, but they hadn't made the drinks, so I had to wait longer for that too.Food was about average for KFC, but not hot, fries portion was small.

The food came quickly, but the service was louzy. The staff work like robots with lack of customer service and no passion for the job. My food came out and they made a mistake with my drink, only when I got outside i realised, I'm just being honest.

Ordered a 14 piece that shows £20.99, realised when I got home they had charged me for a 10 piece plus 4 additional pieces at an extra £1. They must do this often. Service was below par. Asked for no wings as no one likes them. Got wings and a grumpy old woman behind the counter stating they should get what's given. She spoke to staff with disrespect and showed contempt to other customers. Years ago it was not bad, but this grumpy lot are terrible. Food was ok'ish, tasted more like stuff you get from a supermarket. It's terrible when you look forward to a kfc treat and get this. It needs improving.
