I had the pleasure of being coached by Sherie whilst on the UK Leadership Team of a multinational corporation. I instantly felt at ease with Sherie and was very comfortable thoroughly exploring areas of my personality and my leadership style which previously I had only skirted around.Sherie has a very relaxed style, however she has the ability to probe and be incredibly challenging without making you feel uncomfortable or threatened, largely thanks to the safe environment she creates (something that is vital for a successful coaching relationship).Over a four month period I discovered a lot about myself thanks to Sherie, she doesn’t shy away from giving honest feedback, but, thanks to her extensive experience and great technique as a coach, most of the time one unearths these 'home truths' oneself; the mark of a great coach.I cannot recommend Sherie highly enough.
