I waited 25 mins and then the driver told me he only got the job 7 minutes prior to picking me up. The car was dirty with stained seats and food on the floor. I wanted to support a local cab company but next time i'll call an Uber.

Booked a car in advance night before for 0615 in the morning and at 0615 I called the office as the driver had not arrived. I was told that driver would be arriving in 2 min to which I replied the car was booked for 0615 and not 0617. Controller informed that all the drivers were self employed and come and go as they please and that when he had arrived at 0600 this morning he saw booking and had to get a driver out of bed as he had no drivers.Now, as a customer I don’t need to be told of the lack of drivers within the company and with all due respect I don’t care. What I care about is hoping that the car company I use is professional or at least appears professional.I was extremely disappointed with the service and will not be using this company again.

Late, by 30mins if it was not so late I would have ordered a different cab but limited at midnight. Company not answering phone when calling.When I got in the car they demanded money. Controller was abrupt rude and not helpful.Really not good service and expectations not made clear came across as if they resented me. They don’t even have a facility to use card. Driver tried to explain but it was not a nice feeling.

Booked this service for three adult with three luggage coming back from Gatwick airport and was told the fee would be £75 with a 25 minute wait at most. We waited outside on the cab for literally an hour before he called and tell us to go into the car park as that’s where the driver would meet us. Once we got into the car park we had to wait again for the driver to come and find us. When the driver finally reach he gave us the car park ticket to pay?? Excuse me? The cab service did mentioned that we had to pay the cab car park fee as well! . So we waited over an hour and got charge for something we knew nothing about for them to tell us it’s policy when it not the first we have use this cab service but certainly the last ! Poor communication about fees and incorrect information about waiting time. We should have cancelled once the driver arrived due to all this nonsense but we acknowledge it wasn’t the driver fault but the guy that was working in the office on. 29/12/2022 at 2pm.

Beware of this company they quote you a price and then change it. They send the wrong size vehicle and blame you. They have the worst customer service I have ever known. In short only use them if you are looking to be ripped off.

I booked a cab through the Cab Guru app. I ordered the cab by Courier Cars through this app. There's a tracking application on the app which allows you to follow where your cab driver is going. I was waiting to get picked up & when I followed my cab, he was going a completely different route to where my location was. Each time the app said he was 1 minute away, bearing in mind I had been waiting already 5 minutes. I called Courier Cars, the man was nice and reassured me that I could speak with the cab driver & negotiate a discount. I kept waiting, the cab driver was going even further away from me & after 5 minutes, I called again. This time, another man picked up & rudely told me to wait because he is only 1 minute away & then switched off the phone without allowing me to speak. I had to cancel my booking after that. You simply cannot have this type of customer service if you want your business to flourish. I was very annoyed & whenever I use Cab Guru, I always use the different cab services, even if they are much more expensive than Courier Cabs.

What a waste of time. Told me I can pay by card and sent a link. Got into the cab and said I need to pay by cash. Heavily pregnant and left on my doorstep because they can't offer car services. Unprofessional fraudsters. Booked an uber for cheaper and they take card. Never again! Don't waste your time

**UPDATED REVIEW - 29/4/22What has happened to this place - used to be goodMan took the wrong postcode for the booking - they show up 20 mins latePeople on the phone are uselessThis place needs new management and staff who actually know how to do their jobused service again on 10.10.18was picked up on time and once again an excellent and safe driver who let me pick a radio station to listen to. very trustworthy car service..................Had to get a taxi at half 7 on a Monday morning, taxi was on time, driver drove safely and the car was plesent to sit in. Happy customer :)

I will always recommend courier cars but the driver that was sent was late and didn't apologise for being late. We were going away.His car was old and felt like it was unsafe. Driver didn't say a word to us which came across unfriendly.

Normally I would recommend this minicab firm but not anymore. We took a cab to Croydon and after getting out we noticed that we had dropped our phone in the cab. When we rang the office the dispatcher said that the driver's phone was switched off so after when we rang back we were told that the driver had searched and found nothing. It is odd that the driver went straight from dropping us off , got paid £15, went to Friday prayers, took no passengers before he was contacted and yet said there was no phone found in his cab. Spoke to another dispatcher who said that he was too busy to listen or even ask the driver again. The phone though fully charged was switched off immediately by someone.Shame Shame Shame on you Courier Cars Norbury.
