D and I Scott Property Management

I had a great experience following the recent adverse weather where we had a blocked and burst external waste water/drainage down pipe. Despite the adverse weather and volume of burst pipe issues city wide they were quickly on site and up ladders to address the issue. Christmas is back on as I can now do my laundry again!

Moved here 18 months ago. Had a drainage related this week, contacted D&I Scott. Within 30 minutes they had a tradesperson here properly briefed who sorted the problem within the hour. Great service

Many people don't think they can provide a positive review for a property manager. We have used D and I Scott for 2 properties now and they are fabulous. A real family feel, questions are answered, it's easy to speak to someone, they provide recommendations, they revert quickly, works get done without issue. Fab. Highly recommended.

Any time, as an owner, I have reported a problem, they and their contractors have responded promptly and efficiently. Their charges are reasonable.

I have been in a property factored by D&I Scott for a year now. They have provided a prompt, polite service, including arranging to have a repair redone when it wasn't up to standard first time. Happy with the service so far.

Glad I moved our entire building to them from another factor.They really know their stuff if you walk in the door with a question. Superfast responses on anything by email also...Other than not having an online portal like the bigger factors, it was a good decision to collectively move the building factoring to them in Shawlands.It's very easy to do, and they would probably walk you through the steps if you are wanting to move away from your current factor !

My first dealings with D & I Scott was 7 years ago when we moved into our property.I originally visited the office with any queries I had and always found the staff pleasant and responsive to my request for repairs etc.I now contact the office by email which again has been very successful. During Lockdown I had occasion to contact Lianne and she was her usual very helpful self, I never feel that anything is a problem to them. Now things are nearly back to normal I still get the attention that my query requires and responses are always quick and courteous.I have found D & I Scott to be all of the above Good quality, good value, professional and responsive.Full stars from us and thank you.
