My son's Grande Punto door lock mechanism failed this morning at 6am and searching for a replacement online across the whole of Europe proved totally fruitless. Even visits to 8 local scrap yards turned up nothing until I discovered Failsworth Fiat Spares. I phoned them and explained what I needed and they confirmed they had the exact part on the shelf, ready to go. I was there at their place within 20 minutes, picked up the correct and fully working door mechanism and it was fitted and working perfectly by 1pm. Superb service, superb price, highly recommended and would definitely return again when needed.
