Linley and Simpson have recently successfully let the three new apartments we created at The Old Grammar School in Otley. These are quite unique and eclectic, and we were for a little while concerned about reaching the right market - we need not have worried, as the highly professional team at Linley and Simpson found wonderful tenants for each apartment, people who love the spaces and who we hope will be residents with us for quite some time.
