Pennine Surveyors

I chose Pennine surveyors after Tom had already done a very in depth survey for my buyers on my house.Even as a person on the recieving end of a survey, Tom was very nice and accommodating. He gets special points for having the patience with me on a phone call whilst running on the top of a hill.On my survey as a customer.He clearly explained the difference of the types of surveys and the benefits of each one letting me know what was best for the type of house I was purchasing..in this instance a stone house.After Tom had done the survey for me, he called two days later to discuss his findings and concerns and offered solutions.I would definitely use Pennine again.

On Tuesday 15 August 2023 Tom from Pennine Surveyors carried out a fully comprehensive report.What an unbelievably nice guy Tom is, he took me inside and outside and pointed out things, for a better understanding for when the report arrives.Had a good chat with him as he went through the report afterwards. First class service provided throughout. Wow the detail of this survey is unbelievableWith a workforce of over 28,000 people.I will definitely recommend Tom to all of them who require a survey.

Tom has a provided an outstanding service from the written report with clear pictures and descriptions to the post-report communication and frank discussions. We received a telephone call from Tom whereby he thoroughly took us through the report highlighting issues in great detail. He recommended a local drain survey company that were also excellent. He continued to promptly reply via telephone to further enquiries that popped up months later. Would not hesitate to recommend Pennine Surveyors.

Tom was very professional, likeable and efficient with the survey we required. He called us the day after the survey to let us know of his initial findings with us receiving the report that same following day. Receiving a survey report 1 day after the survey is amazing. The survey was very detailed with pictures as well, and that was for a level 2 survey!! During the phone call, Tom was a keen listener, was very attentive to our needs and showed genuine care for our house purchasing process. He also informed us to get in contact any time we needed his input for anything relating to the house no matter where in the process we were.Dealing with Tom was such pleasurable experience and he has got a customer for life in me. I found Pennine Surveyors through the Home Owners Alliance website and was really pleased that Tom was happy to come over the hills to survey my house in Sowerby Bridge. At no point did I feel pressured in to using his services (some other surveyors were a bit spammy with their emails!) and the communication with Tom was second to none. It was a pleasure to deal with Tom. His communication was excellent, attentive and professional. His written report was comprehensive and balanced. It showed us what we needed to know about the property, an 1850s end terrace in the Peak District with some land attached. His verbal report was timely, relevant and reassuring.
