Grumpy guy selling ice-cream, looked like he was upset that I was asking for something 2.20 for 99 tubs on sign behind him.Gave £5 for two but he insisted he didn’t have to give change.Didn’t argue the case because it’s only 60p but not a nice experience on an otherwise lovely night on the seafront.

unfortunately the woman who served me and my friend today at the ice cream window was extremely rude, i asked for my ice cream in a tub and she brought me a cone i asked her politely if she could put it in a tub and she replied back with “ you said a cone i am not stupid i would of remembered if you asked for a tub” and when i explained i asked for it in a tub she tried calling me a liar which i did not appreciate,any other ice cream place would correct the order in a polite manner unlike the woman today i will not be returning!!!!

Machines literally eat your money often with very little return. Half the machines don't pay out tickets. Good selection of prizes and there are a lot of decent machines.

This is the best amusement on Sunderland's sea front.Proper old school with a selection of machines and sell drinks and food at very reasonable prices.

Went in happy as I’ve used this place before, the past experiences I’ve had were fun and enjoyable but after this visit I wouldn’t go back! As me and my sibling where walking around looking for a machine to use we where questioned for our actions buy a so called “manager” who was very rude and unprofessional wheezing a football top rather than some recognisable attire with perhaps a company logo.He said “why aren’t you putting money in the machines” I swiftly replied with I'm waiting for my father to come, in he’s just coming up from the beach he said “well go and get him” I said no I’m just going to wait for my dad. We walked off trying to avoid him just before exiting he followed us giving us a very dirty look (once again unprofessional)I got outside to inform my father he thought the situation seemed as strange as I did, why would he want us to leave for doing nothing he should be welcoming customers.The man who was apparently the manager should reassess his actions and the way he conducts himself around members of the public and customers who are willing to pay. He should be ashamed! We will never want to return to this poorly run arcade.Put that in your pipe and smoke it you fool.

One of my favourite places when I was a kid and the fact that they still have some of the original games from then is amazingI loved it then and I still love it now!

An organised, well filled arcade with friendly staff and a retro feel.

Horrible ugly troll grot lady at the ice cream window was chatting with her colleague. When I knocked on the window to get her attention it had the audacity to call me rude. Took my business Minchella's instead where the girl was lovely.
