Got stung on the leg by a wasp whilst cycling very fast down Oxgangs Road.I went into the pharmacy to see if they could give me anything for the sting.The wasp sting was still in my leg and a staff member removed it.As I still had over 20 miles to cycle this was a great help to me.Great staff and all very helpful.

Amazing staff whoever I spoke to today about limbo was a star! I was hugely let down by surgery but one of staff I spoke to was so helpful despite I did not buy here the item due to having to travel to different city tonight and item had to be ordered from supplier. Lady was amazing I'm grateful that we still have health care professionals who truly cares about patients, takes time to understand patient's point of view unlike medical practice( Craiglokhart ) have patients care at the very very bottom of priority list! .

Can’t get over why it’s more important to train a new member of staff whilst customers are waiting . It’s luck of the draw who you get . One or two are really good, one or two frankly need to retire. Overall nice people but fresh blood required

Amazing, had a bit of a cold and explained my symptoms to the pharmacist. They suggested some over the counter treatments which worked a treat and made me feel so much better. They even said they hoped I felt better soon. Every time I have been in everyone has been super friendly and helpful. Thank you ☺️
