While bagel tasted nice (vegan CC and normal CC) the bagel is soooo tiny (pretty much half the size of a normal bagel). And they come at £4 each, which is simply ridiculous and extortionate. I know this is London but seriously?

Worst bagel ever. Stale beyond measure. Yuck!! I don't know where they make them, but it must be a long drive.

Bad service. I asked to order a Sausage and Egg and a Classic. Was told that they ran out of Salmon, so I decided on Chicken and Avocado. To which I was notified that there was no lettuce.Given no time to further choose a replacement, I was immediately told to hurry up as there were other customers behind me.How is it my fault when you keep telling me that you are out of almost every other ingredient? Left with the sausage and egg which was hard to enjoy given the service.

Vegan bagel and bagel sandwich options but the cream cheese was bland (add chives or seasoning or something!) and friendly staff.

Amazing bagels. Had veggie cheese stack for breakfast and it was so delicious!

The bagel bread was like cheap grocery store bread. The cream cheese tasted kind of bland and lemony, it wasn't warm and crispy. My brother could do a better job and he's terrible in the kitchen. The smoked salmon was good plain smoked salmon. It feels like most of what you're paying is their rent for having such a central location across from Paddington station. The fact that this mediocre experience cost me just under 6 pounds, I felt a bit used.

Hate to write bad reviews, but I spent £5.50 on a bagel which when I took a bite into it the hash brown in the middle was still completely frozen. Really, really bad. Picked the frozen hash brown out but it had (obviously) cooled everything it touched down: so the sausages, bacon and egg were now also cold.Based on first impressions it looks like it’ll be really good and hit the spot, hopefully it can improve but selling still-frozen produce is pretty bad.
