Not the experience I would expect from a reputable sales room. Good up to the point of sale then pressured to leave a review before leaving the garage. On receiving the car, spare key, floor mats and manual missing. Got the floor mats but they didn’t acknowledge or answer my request for an update on the other two missing items.

Yes I dealt with Euan and he was absolutely fantastic with us. We had some issues with the car we originally chose but Euan sorted us right out and got us one up from England. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Euan did a sterling job in sorting me out with my new (to me) Dacia Duster Prestige.Got a fantastic deal on part exchange for my Sandero Stepway and a cracking price on the Duster.Felt like I was in safe hands throughout the whole process and got to drive it away in less than a day!Would definitely recommend anyone to use these guys⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was looking for a Ranger Wildtrack and was lucky enough to spot the advert at Evans Halshaw. viewed within 24hrs and what a great looking motor. Euan, from the second hand salesdealership was fantastic. very helpful, explained every process and took great care of us. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great deal with very knowledgeable staff. I can't thank Euan enough for the time and patience he has shown with our new truck. Ross was amazing with helping us find our perfect first car, listened to what we needed and our budget and gave us all the information we needed and made sure we understood everything. Everyone was so friendly and happy, they don’t force you to do/choose anything just to get you to pay more. Couldn’t recommend more, thanks guys we love the car!

Initial chats with Frank were great.However when we arrive to pick the car up it was another gentleman who was in charge of the handover.We did arrive later in the day, however left feeling very undervalued as we felt this gentleman who I think was Allan couldn't get rid of us quickly enough.Not to mention we arrived to pick up a brand new car that was absolutely filthy.Wheels were filthy as were the windows and exterior of the car.It was a very difficult drive home in a new car where the window screen was heavily marked.I made a comment about looking like a few scratches on the exterior of the car to be answered with no it's only dirt we didn't have time to have it valeted.Now they knew on advance we were picking the car up at the weekend.Not even an airfreshner in the car.Very unhappy and disappointed to arrive to pick up a brand new car and drive out with a dirty car. Totally unacceptable!
