Brilliant service from measuring to fitting. Accommodated our busy schedule and very pleased with quality and finish. Two large bays and two composite fours with 5 other windows. Great value for money, wished we had not waited so long to replace our old draughty windows and doors.

Did a brilliant job for me, I love the bow window and door that they fitted! Very efflcient and friendly staff

Absolutely waste of time!!!! I am fuming. Do not trust this company at all! I had this man John coming down in my house at November he book for the builder to come for the job at 7th of January never turn up. Never came back to me. I try to book another appointment keep finding stupid excuses. And at the end he put the phone down! If you can’t do a simple job don’t play with the customer I wait all this time for no reason! Terrible

I’ve dealt with JDI more than once and have been more than happy on each occasion. From quote to finish the jobs have been completed on time and to a high standard. The service from John, the fitters and Nicole has been brilliant. I would definitely recommend.

Continuous issues with our front door that was bought from this company and fitted by them. Issues still on going but owner has refused to get a replacement and hung up on us ! Customer Service is shocking and communication awful. Would highly recommend avoiding buying anything from this company. Don't tell people when they turning up either, just expect people to be in. Wrong lock fitted, new lock doesn't work properly so kids being locked out in the cold, top hinge needed moving as not in right place, keep has had to be moved three times, weather bar end clips had to bereplaced twice, long bar handles needed to be replaced as starting to fall off inside and outside. Constantly chasing them for genuine repairs.

Got windows fitted September 2021. Fitters did great job fitting but unfortunately some damage to pebble dashing as expected. Fitter said some one would be back to patch dashing. After calling umerous times still not repair 9 December 2022
