My local postie (long haired chap) is great. He always delivers to our door and is always friendly and polite. Unfortunately their shift has changed and the new postie just doesn’t compare. Can I have the old postie back please?? :(

Leave cards to collect underpaid mail - not their fault. However the card doesn’t state opening hours. Expected better than 2 hours a day! With time & fuel costing so much money, please put the hours you are open in the card !! Just read a review posted 3 years ago, with same complaint !

You really need your sat nav on to find this place otherwise you will shoot straight past as the sign is small and the road you go down looks residential.

Joke opening times. Living in the past with their opening times closed Sunday close at 12 Saturday and Monday. What sort of service do they provide to the public

Good service when go to collect or drop something off here, but their opening time have been shortened vastly = 8am to 10am most days, only one 'late night' ( which isn't really late) = until 6pm, and 8-12 on Saturday (queuing and long waits as demand is high due to not really being open any other days of the week).... not so great for customers, and not so attractive to businesses choosing Evri etc over Royal Mail.

I totally appreciate that these are difficult times and you are probably short staffed due to COVID -19 but please, could someone update the card giving your hours of opening to collect undelivered items. At the moment the card left by your delivery drivers is showing your pre-lockdown opening hours and I’ve made two trips to collect a parcel I urgently need and on both occasions the Collection Point was closed. I’m sure I’m not the first person to make a wasted journey - at the very least, a sign could be displayed in your window giving revised opening times and apologising for any inconvenience.

Like all businesses, Royal Mail are facing huge difficulty because of lockdown, despite this, the post is continuing to flow. Yes, with some delays, but considering how short staffed they are, it's a miracle they're still running. If you're unfortunate to receive a card informing you of a missed delivery, the best thing to do is go online and book a Re-Delivery at a date that suits you. Going to the mail centre the next day can be a frustrating experience, things take a little longer with less staff. In normal times the mail system is a smooth well oiled machine, however, in these times we must all make allowances, and be patient.
