My tutor Jo was so extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease while completing assignments. The course is very well set out and presented. Would definitely recommend.

NTG took on my Level 5 after my previous college went out of business. it was the best thing that could have happened. Sarah my tutor was amazing, professional, friendly and worked her hardest to get my portfolio up to standard and get me qualified.Sarah is an amazing tutor and extremely helpful, even doing extra over the weekends in order to get me passed in a timely manner.I am extremely thankful to her and to NTG.Five stars

This training course that I've done regarding digital marketing has been the best experience and the learning process is done. It helped me understand and learn more about this side of a business I knew next to nothing about. Nick Kennard my tutor has Helped me and encouraged me to not only grow my knowledge but implement all I've done in a positive way in the business. Would reccommend him as a tutor.

I have recently completed (and passed) my Level 3 apprenticeship in Digital Marketing with NTG, as part of a wider introduction to a career within Intersafety. This was an experiment for myself as well as the business, and I’m pleased to say the support and guidance throughout has been phenomenal. Those who are looking to take on apprentices in a more creative and educational manner – this would be the best way to go about it.My tutor, Laurie Owens, conducted monthly sessions to complete the course, carefully tailoring each element to my unique situation within an independent, family run company. Whilst the sessions were consistently friendly and relaxed, Laurie encouraged me to think on my feet and apply new ideas where appropriate. At the outset, she explained that the course would provide a firm grounding in digital marketing; it has exceeded my expectations and those of my employer.In contrast to previous academic experiences, I have found much of my training with NTG to be directly applicable to the real world and my role, all the while developing new skills in an industry I was completely unfamiliar with. The course is sensibly structured, allowing for flexibility around my main responsibilities whilst ensuring time is put aside for the 20% ‘Off-the-job’ hours as required. This element in particular has contributed to my development, enabling me to visit a wide array of customers and suppliers to complete the training. This was promoted and encouraged by Laurie, who helped me understand how to draw out areas of relevance and value to the apprenticeship.NTG have always been efficient, helpful and approachable throughout the course. Given my scepticisms towards University education today, I would far sooner advocate for this path into employment for young people. A final word to Laurie, who has been a fantastic tutor and who’s meetings I have always looked forward to. I look forward to what comes next!Doug Skelton / Intersafety

I have been working toward a level 5 operational management apprenticeship with NTG. So far it has been such a positive experience. My 1-2-1 sessions with tutor Nick Kennard leave me feeling empowered and enriched. I have very much enjoyed completing my NVQ Level 3 Business Administration. My Tutor, Mike Kirkby, was going above and beyond to support me with my learning. On first looking at the new format for learning I was quite in awe. It appeared very technical and I wondered how I was going to be able to learn.My tutor Jo Rose has been invaluable during the entirety of my Diploma. As I am an older student I had a little difficulty in getting my head around all of the aspects of the training methods. Jo was always there for me and has talked me through any and all of my difficulties with great professionalism. Jo's ability and patience in helping me to learn in the best way that suited me has been just short of a miracle at times. I know that I have been a little testing during the course and Jo gave me the best encouragement to pick up and continue with my units.NTG is a great learning platform and although I am an older student it was eventually relatively easy to use (with the continuing help and encouragement from Jo)

I thoroughly enjoyed the Adult Health and Social Care training. My tutor Veronica was very supportive, friendly approachable and helpful throughout the course, she made me feel at ease always and nothing was too much trouble. Veronica was very professional at all times and is an asset to the NTG Training Ltd.
