Two days before my visit I called up to double check if they could swap the bearings in my friend's first inline skates, was told that's easy, no problem whatsoever.Proceeded to skate four miles here for the £20 set of bearings and have them installed, only to be given a lazy excuse of we don't have Allen keys/skate tools that fit or do anything with inline skates..."Like genuinely

I always spend hundreds whenever I shop here , the manager was very rude to me when I previously came about the click and collect , he called my transaction suspicious because I wanted to cancel and purchase in store Instead, when I proceeded to talk to another staff member about this he came running over and said 'what's the issue' as if his ego was hurt I was talking to another staff about it? The other staff are nice but he should not be a manager, its pretty upsetting as it is my favourite store in Leeds

Great service from Minnie who was not only extremely helpful and friendly, but also talked my son through exactly how to set up his new skateboard. She gave him loads of tips and encouraged him to take part in the process. My son loves his new set up and all the magazines and stickers that he was given. Thanks Minnie, for the service and practical lesson.

Where do I start, came over from nz for work and in need of some shoes and came to the right place. Was greeted by an absolute gem called Minnie, helped me grab multiple pairs of shoes as I’m an awkward size, gave me all the suggestions in the world and was so sweet about it all. Was say there being fickle for about half an hour and not one sigh! What an absolute star, couldn’t help but pick up a few extra pieces just because the service was so good. Absolutely love it support local all day! Prices are a little on the high side but these guys are worth it, thank you again Minnie you’re a bloody legend. Give this girl a raise!!
