I would not recommend this care company who were supposed to send two carers to my mother four times per day. They sent only one carer on the Monday before Christmas and dropped her on the floor. She deteriorated after that fall and died the day after Boxing Day.Do not use this company. Cleanliness is zero. There is not an option for zero stars or I would have.John Cantrill
