Aggressive sales force , over a period of a week or so we had 5 different sales people call to offer us a milk delivery service from a local company.We gave it a try and then cancelled as we were on holiday and in the last two months we have had a message a week chasing the princely son of £2.69 and now a letter threatening the use of a debt collector!

No delivery on Friday and no explanation so far. I cancelled due to not receiving milk for 2 weeks. Company have constantly harrassed me for an oustanding amount but as they did not deliver they owe me. I have emailed had a telephone conversation and talked to a salesman at the door. Just received a further threat of court action for £6.You wont know how bad they are unless you try to cancel.

I have no issue with the product but they are so disorganised !!We order 6 eggs per week. For several weeks we have received 12 eggs per week & they are charging us for 12. We keep telling them but it continues. Very close to stopping the direct debit. Honestly, how many times do you have to tell them before they fix the issue???

Door to door guy took my details for a trial, which was fair enough, and he was polite and knowledgeable. However, after delivery of our trial oat milk Oato" which I paid for promptly via PayPal on receipt

I have not had a good experience with this dairy…. On 5 occasions the milk went sour before the sell by date. The customer service was not helpful and asked that when it happens I should take a picture of the bar code and send it to them. I am not a gatekeeper for their products, but when it did happen again I sent the photo as asked and cancelled my order. They are now relentlessly chasing me for the outstanding £10 I owe. Not a good customer experience.

Doorstep salesman lied to me about what I would expect, and then instead of delivering free, no obligation, sample order on day, started to receive the wrong order on the wrong day, and the wrong products. Was told it was a local company delivering local milk, and it's just another national company. Breach of advertising. Not impressed. I'm staying with Milk and More

Very similar experience to people here. Over aggressive sales tactics. Salesman at the door told us we had a free trial period that if we liked the first delivery could set up a subscription. Chose not to proceed and have been harassed and threatened for £5.50 to pay for the “free trial”. We were not shown or informed of costings prior to delivery and it is illegal to use these type of sales tactics. Stay clear and avoid!

Absolutely awful. Do NOT use this company. My first order was delivered to wrong house and when i eventually got the order it was all wrong. Phoned and complained and was told sorry. They advised they would resend milk I said no I didn’t want it. Low and behold next day got the milk. I cancelled everything and never heard anymore until recently (few months later) when I get email saying I owe them £2.69 and they would take me to court. Said they had tried to make contact. I had never heard from them. I emailed themand got no reply. I paid the petty £2.69 and still not heard anything. Please do not purchase from them they are amateurs and a disgraceful company.

More expensive than the store. Their reason is its fresh from the farm. First milk had an expiry date of 2 weeks from delivery date, subsequent milks had Same expiry date as one I got from the store. Called to cancel and they're asking for my card details when they already have a direct debit setup. Not worth the stress honestly.

Door to door salesman offering a ‘free trial’ which turns not a free trial - no prices mentioned- turns out more expensive than local supermarket - they try and create an account for you and try to get you to set up a dd. Blatant hard sales and misrepresentation of the truth.Difficult to cancel as you have to ring as you cannot cancel online you then have to listen to their salesman trying to give you reasons to stay. Luckily didn’t have or had any deliveries / they say it’s cancelled but still waiting for the promised e-Mail confirmationMcQueens Dairies don’t go near this company and don’t fall for the sales patter
