Joel made a special effort to accommodate my urgent plea for help. He worked quickly, and made a perfect job of replacing the sink plumbing I destroyed in the effort to clear it. To boot, he is a very pleasant young man. He will be my one go-to plumber from now on. I commend him to the reader, without reservation.

Had a plumbing emergency with a badly leaking mains water pipe, contacted Damian and he was with us within an hour. He was clear with explaining the issue and what was required. Ist Aid Plumbing came to our rescue recently at work when we had a toilet backing up and overflowing outside. As a Primary School we needed to get this seen to asap and Damian was the man for the job. Damian was able to come to the school almost straight away and got the job done professionally and quickly. The blockage was due to some collapsed wooden structure blocking the drains and was a pretty intense job in a small space but Damian got it done and all tidied up within a couple hours.Joel had been out for the staff room toilets a couple of months before that, and he too, like a chip off the old block, got the job done professionally and quickly.Thank you from Guston School to this wonderful duo of plumbers!100% recommend this company!

We called 1st Aid Plumbing after a recommendation as we needed some radiators removed and flushed through. After leaving a message the got back in touch really quickly and we're very friendly and accommodating. Joel popped round, removed (for plastering) and cleaned the radiator and was able to make a great recommendation for an inline magnet/filter for the boiler which should help the system remain cleaner. He returned promptly when required to refit the radiators and install the filter. There was no mess, he was very professional and polite and I wouldn't hesitate to pass on the recommendation to others.

Damian kindly adjusted his work schedule, and came out within the hour, to deal with a toilet flush water overflow problem. The issue was resolved speedily with the replacement of a faulty float.

After calling 1st aid plumbing, Joel came out to repair our plumbing issue within 2 hours. What we initially thought would be a relatively simple job , uncovered a not so simple job and a leak. Joel was absolutely brilliant, fixed the leak and piping issues. Cleared up afterwards and was very polite and professional. Thank you ever so much and will definitely use 1st aid plumbing again in the future !
