Stay away - good products but the customer service is so terrible that I could never use them again. As a contractor, I refuse to work on projects with these windows because their service is so bad. They don't answer emails, lie on the phone (or just hang up), refuse to replace missing pieces or just tell you what you want to hear and then not act on it. Worst suppliers I've ever worked with

Great performing products at competitive prices. I used a company called Composite Windows UK based in Portsmouth for the supply and installation and went without a hitch!

Stay Away from Velfac supplier Thames Windows & Doors. If things go wrong, they will not be your champion. They will not admit their errors and will not support you as a customer. I recently extended my kitchen and used Thames Windows and Doors to purchase Velfac windows. The customer service I received from them, for an order well over £10k, was beyond disappointing. They mismanaged expectations on delivery dates (ruining build schedule by a month), they didn’t order the cills and they refused to admit any culpability. It has cost me hundreds of extra £ to correct their mistakes. While the windows themselves are great, I would use any other supplier than them to get Velfac, not this company.

What a shocking company to deal with. Do not call you. Even though there product is warrantied and defective. Please avoid, they really are not worth the hassle of dealing with people who are so unprofessional.

Really well manufactured products. The key is to get the best companies to install them for you rather than the cheapest.Our installer was terrific and attended to small items afterwards.

Agree with others. We are having an appalling experience - customer focus is non-existent and they seem to have no control over their couriers. Prepare to be delayed and given the runaround if you use this company, and don't expect anybody senior to engage with you.

I cannot agree more with the other reviews I’m reading. The customer service of Velfac is probably among the worse I’ve seen. It’s unbelievable. I think this company will struggle with this attitude

We placed an order (for external doors and 3x windows), and paid in full on May 27th. We were told lead times were 5-6 weeks. We were then told it would be a further 5-6 weeks. Then we were told it would be October 3rd. Not optimistic that that date will be kept.The price we were initially given more than doubled.

Useless company, our backdoor has been broken now for 6 weeks we are locked out of our garden, company has refused to come ot and fix it despite being under warranty. Nightmare

I have never know such an awful company to deal with. Does it take such an effort to phone someone back? Does it take such an effort to respond to emails, Is it too much to actually be polite on the phone? I would rather pay the postage from America then deal with the likes of this company again
