Please when delivering parcels could you check you are delivering them to the correct address. We had a notification that one had been delivered and signed for yesterday but we hadnt received it. Luckily this time we managed to chase it up where it had been delivered to and pick it up at the address it had been left at.

Pathetic opening times for collection, 2 hours from 8-10am and website says that can be stopped half hour early if they can't be bothered, so 1 and a half hours for anyone and everyone to collect parcels right when most people start work.. no excuse for it.

Please when delivering a parcel could you give more time than knock and go this has happened twice this week. Some people it takes a little longer to answer the door due to ill health, disability or elderly.

No post for over a week despite sellers on e-bay providing evidence of posting weeks ago. Sorting office never open and never answer the phone. And they want more money. What a joke.

Changed my delivery to collect from DO as more convenient. Bit awkward that the opening times have been reduced but it was easy to find the times out so I knew what to expect. Also what ID was needed.Staff member was lovely & friendly & promptly got my packages for me.Recommended option IF you can accept the way it works.

i live in croesyceiliog. why are we getting mail every 3 days had important mail 3 days late. it arrived after 3 o'clock last saturday i mist an nhs appointment i had spent the last year waiting for. what is going on. the mail has gone to the dogs.

No post for over a week despite having proof of postage from multiple retailers from a week ago. Postman not been seen in the street either. Phone number isn't in service, no public explaination as to why our post isn't being delivered or when we can expect it. NOT good enough and not providing the service they've been paid to provide.

Absolutely fuming! There are multiple signs on the door stating ROYAL MAIL: DO NOT FORCE ITEMS THROUGH THE DOOR (CAGE ON THE BACK) LEAVE IT IN THE OUTHOUSE IF IT DOESN'T FIT! .... so what do they do? And this isn't the first time.....force a Please Do Not Bend a4 envelope through, ripping it and its been forced that much they have pushed the screws and the cage off the door! Learn to read! If I don't get a call back from the manager I will be speaking with the next delivery person myself

Absolutely awful, no post again. All cards/presents over a week late plus sons pre-op letter hasn't arrived.Only ever service half of the new builds.Please advise where my post is?
