i have been ringing sending emails for over 3mths and still no body gets back to me about my conservatory roof. anybody knows were i go from here, who do i go to to complain about this company. one star is too much to give them.

Another great job!Just used Admiral Windows for the second time in 8 years, this time on our new house. Unlike some previous reviews we have never had a problem and found their after sales service to be very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Used this company many time for a conservatory, windows and door. Just as they got back to work from the pandemic I started to contact Robin the boss as we need a new trasher for the conservatory sliding door as a sharp piece of metal broke off and was protruding and we have a small granddaughter. I finished up having to cut the offending piece of metal off and had to put duct tape over so it didn't hurt anyone. I have spoke to Robin many times about this and each time he says he will get on to it. Also recently one of our bedroom windows will not open and I think the handle or lock has failed. I asked him to come out to this 3 weeks ago and he said someone would come. I am still waiting and not sure what to do next.They used to be good years ago and now, it's as if he doesn't care anymore.

Had replacement windows and new composite front door. Door has leaked is ill fitting and draughty. My hall carpet is ruined. The fitter been out several times, lost count how many, last visit I requested door and frame replaced under guarantee. He went away with the promise of having a word with boss. I have heard nothing since then, weeks ago, phone goes unanswered, email ignored, hand delivered letter to office in Heywood, still no response. This has to be the worst company for after sales service because there isn’t any serviceAvoid them at all cost

Absolute shocking service. I have emailed them every day and called left messages to replace a shattered window only to get 1 email telling me it will cost me to replace it when it’s under guarantee!!! Avoid this company at all costs !!! The lady is correct 1 star is too much !

Have had windows and doors fitted 3 months ago and were very pleased with service and fitting. Had to call them for a slight adjustment to one of doors which was dealt with very quickly. Would recommend this company

I would give this firm 0 stars if possible.Our windows, porch, doors and bifold doors are fitted to such a poor quality that 4 years on they need replacing. Poorly fitted windows allowed rain to penetrate through walls and cause damp. The firm promised they would be around to rectify the job but never turned up, or responded to Further emails. Cowboys.

Had 3 jobs done over the last 15 years, from french windows, replacement windows and recently a solid roof with new glazing on an existing conservatory. On each job we have had the same skilled workmen who do a very good job.l would not hesitate to use them again.

The windows and doors had been great and I couldn't fault anything to begin with but after a few months the shoddy workmanship and cheap parts really start to show and the aftercare is so poor it's not even funny.We they were fitted we found our Broadband line had been cut by the fitters and when we contacted Admiral they seemed put out that we should be bothering them with it. They never got back to us regarding paying for the line to be reinstalled and haven't bothered contacting us since.In short, great with the windows initially but their materials and work are done on the cheap and if you have problems they're rude and couldn't give a damn!

Had front door and French doors fitted, great price doors dropped after a couple of weeks but they did come out and fix. Thought it was great service until recently. Front door wouldn't close as it had dropped and massive gap appeared on French doors, I have rang the company about 10 times and was told by the receptionist she cant book repair appointments manager will be in touch but has never happened, I even offered to pay for repairs even tho there still under warranty. I was going to have this company do my conservertary but going to go elsewhere now as customer after care is very poor unfortunately.
