Although I was in the shop for quite awhile the staff member was superb, explained different mobile makes and packages. Copied all my info onto my new phone. Nothing was too much trouble. She was polite , professional and new her phones, can't recommend, Kings gate Huddersfield branch highly enough.

Perfect n well maned staff

I will never use this company again. I advise all to go elsewhere. The staff were unhelpful and seemed to prefer each other than their job of serving customers. The company is more interested in making money than serving the customers correctly and never listen to serious issues as they think that customers are always wrong but try to use a facade that they are the best. Look elsewhere people

The customer care guy I met was never tired of answering my questions . He clearly explained my concerns and the office space is very homely

I would never expect this from ee who can't pick some good and decent staff for their storesI went to troubleshoot my contract today, but they were very rude and wouldn't give me any hearing, while I was just a client there and they were using their own social mediaI hope they can serve Huddersfield customers to the best of their abilityThe staff there also have no complete knowledge of EE services and do not help customers with any problems, they just want to find free time to relax more

Went to shop yesterday , was met by a young lady and gentleman ,all well to start with lovely and friendly ,Asked what I was looking for , told them a no contract pay as you go sim , down hill from there , no interest whatsoever , the lady just walked away and the gentleman then could not care and didn’t want to be bothered , I presume they don’t get commission from that deal , left and got brilliant helpful service from3 instead also bought a new phone from them , your loss EE HUDDERSFIELD

The store is ok, I mean ok but EE…….. there’s a different story.You’re always enticed with the best deals but prices soon start to sky rocket.Best advise is to walk straight past, buy an iPhone and go sim only. Save a fortune.
