Spent best part of £40 on a tiny bottle of personalised" gin in gift box. Arrived damaged & the bottle hadn't even been personalised!! Contacted several times attempting to get a refund & been ignored. Terrible customer service. Be warned! Complete rip off!! Good marketing & pompous advertising to charge the earth for stuff that's hardly anything special. The gin isn't even good
