Very friendly staff

Friendly & attentive staff

I am the sister of the resident in Jadey Reyland's review and I have been informed of the incident. I cannot praise the staff at Greenbanks enough. They are all very caring and friendly and my sister is very happy there.Ms. Reyland had no right to criticize and abuse the staff as she is not related to our family and has only become involved through her partner (my sister's grandson) in the last 6 months. Visitors should not interfere in the running of this wonderful home and probably should not be there, in the way, when the residents are being settled down for the night. I am confident that my sister came to no harm but as she is very frail any movement is difficult and uncomfortable. Thank you all at Greenbanks.

My mother has been a resident here since June and she is very happy. The staff are very friendly, and in the 6 months we have been visiting it is great to see that the staff are stable and so you see the same faces. The home is kept very clean and welcoming. Activities are provided for the residents to attend, some of those include outings. The food I have seen provided has been good. I am very happy with the care and attention that is given to my mother. I would recommend Greenbanks care home.

Absolutely disgusted with the staff this evening 24/11/18 Being a qualified care worker I was disgusted with the moving and handling a care worker named Irene pulled my nan out of her wheelchair using no equipment to steady her . Then when I said you shouldn't be doing that she ignored me when putting her into bed she then went to pull her up under her arms my nan squealed ouch I said stop and then she slammed the door and she ran to Michelle (CTM) who hurled abuse at me for questioning the staff members she then said to me call who the hell you want mate... Pretty unprofessional and I'll be complaining to the higher authority. I actually am mortified that these are supposed professionals

A friendly place and nice rooms
