Excellent Recovery company! I used them twice in the last two months and had the same recovery driver, Kenny, who was excellent. Great service and excellent information given in relation to the problems that I had. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived promptly to change a flat tyre as part of my breakdown cover. Very good service.

Very poor services. Please do not use this firm very bad service. My car was broke down in Sauchiehall street, Glasgow (ford focus) on 27.10.2018. My one Tyre was puncture and car got lock with the keys inside. I waited for more than 2 hours and the recovery man came late and left me with the flat Tyre and just gave me the car key and was in rush. He did not fix my Tyre. Please choose another company which can help you when needed and don't choose the recovery services with people who do not want to do the job when you are stuck. Shame for this company.

Brilliant honest service ! A few weeks ago my ford broke down, I went through my warranty with Peter vardy who arranged a recovery service. Thomas ash recovery came out literally within minutes, very fast response! A true gent called Declan came and assessed the car, had deemed it needed recovery within minutes and gave me a good insight as to what was wrong with the car. This is where the honest part comes in as Peter vardy tried to charge me a hidden cost of 90 pounds for the recovery. Declan who worked for Thomas ash took the phone and argued (literally for ages) with Peter vardy and supported my side of the recovery and explained how it was wrong to charge me the hidden costs and basically organised a free pick up the next day. For a recovery company to decline extra additional money because they knew I was being hard done by and ripped off says an awful lot ! I couldn't reccommend Thomas ash enough, and a huge thanks to Declan who saved me a much needed 90 pounds! Very honest, efficient and professional service! Thanks !
