I rented through stonier Hobbs for almost 4 years. They were fantastic! I was not from the area and any issues were resolved quickly and with great communication throughout. During my time renting I had an emergency on a bank holiday weekend and they were there to help quickly and helped arrange other accommodation short term without me having to worry myself. The biggest thing to note is that they really take care of tenants and not just the landlords and I would highly recommend using them.

They arranged an extensive short notice refurbishment on our behalf and take great care to ensure that repairs, maintenance and other works are carried out to a high standard. Compared to our experience with other agents they have a simpler and more open fee structure.One of the deciding factors in choosing to move our portfolio to them was the positive reviews from tenants and we're pleased that our tenants have also been very happy with the service provided.
