Horrible. My mother went to them for MOT for years as they were the closest back in the day, just kept going to the same guys. Less than a year ago bought a used car from them. Today a different MOT place said they're baffled how the car could have gone through MOT a year ago as the damage under the car is so bad it couldn't have been made within just a year. They repaired it" when we bought it. Don't buy a thing from them."

Having to right this as I have no other way of contacting as I was hung up on. You sold me a car that I’ve had for 2 weeks and it’s had over 570 pounds worth of damages. The left side break lights were out, the front light was out, the horn didn’t work and the engine warning light came on and when I took it for a service (even though I was told it had one 4 days before I bought it) they discovered the brake pads were fully worn and my screen wash was blocked. After calling multiple times and having to get the man in the garage to speak to the man who was arguing and refusing to pay, he eventually accepted the damage and paid. The engine warning light came on again on Thursday and I’ve just had it checked, the timing chain is stretched which is going to cost me 400. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. Before I was hung up on I was told I need to drive it back, I live in Leeds and my car cannot even reach 40mph as the engine looks to be shutting down. I need this sorting immediately as it’s a danger to drive.

Been getting my MOT done here every year. Easy to book and check in. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.Highly recommended.

absolute con artist. Paid nearly 3,000 for a 2012 ec oflex corsa (75k miles) car and within a week it was in limp mode. On the first day i had to send it for a service as i was sold it with no brake light no tail light no front light no horm, no break pads and now the timing belt has broken after only owning it a week. damages equate to nearly £1,000 and despite paying for premium warrenty the dealer has REFUSED to pay for these laughed down the phone and hung up on meDISGUSTING customer service, sold a car in PIECES, and i feel absolute conned. i have had to partake in legal action to get a refund because hes so difficult.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Not welcoming and a lot of pressure and not giving enough time. I called before going and told them that I am coming from Sheffield which is a long journey but at the end very disappointed. This is not a professional way of selling cars and dealing with buyers.
