DHL Express Service Point (Robert Dyas Maidstone)

My parcel has been stuck since 2 months in Maidstone and there is no response from themIt’s the worst service of DHL and very poor performance since there is no kind of revert from their end on anything

The delivery driver lied saying he had tried to deliver our parcel..so we had to go to Larkfield to pick it up..The people at the service point were helpful.

Favourite little shop with a good range of stuff

They are time waste and not reliable.They estimated my item to be delivered in a specific date then they just canceled it in the evening after taking the whole day offThey said next day which again did not happenThen by tracking my order it said has been hold. No explanation why and for how longI phoned them they said we don’t know let’s check with the depo then they promised me to be coming tomorrowThat did not happen too another day off workThen after 7 days they texted in the morning they are coming by the end of today so I stayed home and took day off workNo one turned up and the update online says “ recipient was not home “!!!They lie they did not turn up they just did not bother to come and deliver my expensive itemsI’ve called about ten times they emailed the depoComplete ignore no replyMade complaintNo response whatsoeverThey are not bothered I’ve paid almost £40 for delivered and they are just rude not reliable and liarsThese people are not professional and they don’t sound they are like us have responsibilities and respect others life commitmentsThey sound as if they are just lazy want to make money out of us without doing the job,I’ve been all days home taking days off work waiting for them and then last things they said online tried to deliver was not home !!! What a jokeDon’t trust them and they should be shut

Robert Days is a very useful store, which sells Bird Seed, Toasters, Kettles, Light Bulbs, Solar Powered Lights, general products for the home such as Bin Liner's, Telescopic window cleaners with Brushes, Heaters, fixings for the home such as various sizes of screws.

Great shop with helpful staff

Very small, too many different products so very little of each

Had to have a replacement of my parcel redelivered.my intial order was delivered to the wrong address with no explanation and still waiting for information. Dissappointed with this service

Try to contact them more than 10 times- not available???Driver was in my work place 16:54 - said closed - we worked until 18:00 and no card left???

Good always is staff very helpful.
