We've never had a bad experience visiting any of the stores in their chain and this be another one.The service was great, the staff we saw were helpful and smiling to most of their customers.We were looking for kids clothes and there were enough on sale but wished that section was a little wider in range.Getting here, Stratford (Docklands Light Railways/Central/Jubilee/Overground/TfL Rail/c2c/greateranglia) or Stratford Bus Station which caters to many buses, through Westfield Stratford City, floor 1.

I love the stuff at UNIQLO it's well made, great quality, well priced and it lasts a very very long time. The staff are very efficient helpful and knowledgeable. Most days they exceed expectations and the service is very consistent. I always love going here and would recommend it to other people.

Obviously a busy shop. Groundfloor is a bit tight but otherwise okay. Staff are easy to spot if you need help.Only downside is that if you use the app. It wants to know your location to offer you discounts and such. But they have no coupons or deals sadly.

I bought a few items a few weeks ago at Westfield Stratford store, paid by card and scanned through the app. Today I came to return a pair of trousers and was informed that without a physical receipt they only refund me with the current price, which is £10 less!So, what’s the point of their app? The app and my bank history can prove my transaction but the manager refused. All of this haven’t informed for me, at least I have never known, the store didn’t advertise it anywhere. It’s a trap for consumers!Not to say, the manager said I have 20 DAYS to return, and when I asked “20 days, not 28 days?”, she corrected it as 28 days but refused to admit that she initially said 28 days, and said I “misheard”! Really weirdly stubborn! Finally when leaving she even didn’t say goodbye or anything like that!I intended to buy some items today but now I decide to never shop at Uniqlo again!!!

A super nice branch of Uniqlo. There are lots of options and its not that crowded.Always looking for sale items as they always have onsStaff are really helpfull as well.This Uniqlo consists of two floorsThis time we both some Man' shirt and womens top which are all in sale.

Very nice selection of plain clothes, it is more expensive than it is in Asia, however the quality is just as good so it is worth it. The big let down is the Checkouts, sometimes they just don't work, and you can be stood for a good 5 minutes before someone comes to assist. Why they can't have normal checkouts as well as self service is beyond me.

Store was tidy, but staff were very unhelpful. Initially unwilling to help when there was an issue with scanning and item wouldn't allow the item to be bought. Incredibly frustrating. It got sorted out by a supervisor but still dampened the time spent there.
