Absolutely outstanding service....with 2 days to go my fitter let us down terribly but recommended Mark so Mark very kindly stepped in at extremely short notice and sorted the situation, 5* service from these guys, they provided an excellent efficient service which turned a bad experience in to a quality job, this company comes very well recommended. Mark came and measured the flooring and had it fitted within 2 days! I forgot to take up the old flooring in the house I was moving into and the fitters removed it for me so they could fit the new carpet. Many would have just come back another day. Top class service at a great price. Thanks and highly recommended.

Mark, George and the mighty laying team do a great job in delivering the best carpets at a reasonable price. Mark listens to customers and finds what suits their needs best. The store may look like a bomb hit it at times but that's just because they're busy. And they are busy because they are good.

My landlord contacted mark Johnson to have my flat re carpareted, the job was started approximately 4 month ago. Due to a measurement error, measurement done by the company, the carpets were not finished. I was informed that the job would be finished the next day, it has taken approximately 4 months to finish the job. I tried to contact them a number of times, which resulted in a lot of excuses and broken promises of the job to be finished. Overall I think their customer service is very unsatisfactory and has to be looked into. Hense the low rating from a very annoyed disappointed customer.
