Service is average, wasn’t very attentive but not rude for sure. The food looks good, and taste was to my surprise, pretty good.

I always ask for their lemonade and is always good. First time having a salad and did not disappoint. Usually salads are expensive but this one is well served, fresh and with lots of flavour.

For years, we loved this place and visited every time we came into London for shopping, but the last two visits nobody enjoyed their food so won't be returning again. Especially when spending £80+ pounds for 4 people.The salad has become just cabbage, with no lettuce or cucumber at all. We understand the cost of lettuce and cucumber has gone up for restaurants, but nobody else has permanently substituted them for cabbage.They no longer serve the dishes with rice on the same plate. Instead you are required to purchase it separately which comes in a bowl so the amount of rice is far less than before. Instead you get half a plate of cabbage salad with your meats.The fresh pomegranate juice they used to do has been watered down with 'orange blossom' and tastes nothing like it used to but costs the same as before. I used to talk about this juice to everyone to try but now it seems you're better off with a tap water as it's so watered down and flavourless. It used to be so flavourful you could smell the drink before drinking it and now it's nothing like before.Lastly the harissa sauce has changed to be so oily that my elderly dad had a coughing fit when he dunked his meat in it to try. It used to be a paste and now it's changed to be filled with oil and no flavour.I'm not sure if this company has changed hands but every single part of our favourite dishes and drinks here has diluted in quality and flavour and sadly we don't see ourselves giving it a third go.There is a new Lebanese restaurant opposite which had huge queues, so we'll have to try there next time to compare.Please return back to how you used to be.

While the food court at Comptoir Libanais boasts an inviting vibe, my experience with the food, unfortunately, fell short. The taste of the dishes, especially the burger I tried, was a bit bland, not good in taste and not fresh. On the other side, the prices were also higher. Although the serving was okay and the overall setting was appealing, the lackluster flavor of the burger, combined with the high cost, makes it tough for me to suggest this spot. Maybe a tweak in flavors and prices could make it a tastier and more budget-friendly choice for everyone! But sorry to say, it is not.

Had dine in at Food court. Weekends are very busy days. You need to keep checking tables. Frustrating to find one. We ordered Kababs, Falafel and Humus. Kababs were nicely grilled and balanced mix of spice. Falafel bit hard on shell, bit overfried. Humus was nice and fresh. Juices are worth trying. They are fresh and flavorful.

Very nice food! Freshly made and tasted delicious! Service was good and food came quick. Can get busy at times but they can handle the rush. Lot of options around the food court but this place is the best, full halal and perfectly cooked.

Comptoir Libanais Shepherd's Bush
We visited Westfield on 9th December and ordered our lunch from this restaurant. We have ordered 3 different dishes. The chicken was dry and the rice wasn’t fresh at all. They are overpriced for what they serve please don’t eat at this place and don’t let pictures fool you (like the one I have here) the taste was horrible. (overcharge and do not deliver fresh food).They have other branches which I will visit and add my review soon.

Currently trying to finish my chicken taouk wrap here. Disgusting food. The wraps are sitting there all day they just microwave them before giving it to you. The vegetables in the wrap are super soggy. Can’t believe I just wasted £8.5 for this.

Comptoir Libanais Shepherd's Bush
Had a brunch with friends at Food court on Friday, luckily the place wasn't that busy, so our food was served quickly. The mixed grill and Mama Zohra salads that we had were all very good. Will definitely come back as Lebanese cuisine is one of our favourites.
