I can’t thank the staff enough for making my boys birthday party an absolute hit! The staff has been so accommodating and looked after all of us! There was even a karaoke machine, which the kids absolutely loved! Really good birthday party and we’ll worth the money! Thank you ☺️

best play area around I took my toddler loads of time staff a friendly and easy enough things to kill hour kids are so tired after and its super clean and great cafe for after your session with under 5 play area if little ones still have energy to burn. 10/10 and great prices to.

Bought the children here and was actually shocked to pay £14 per child upon entry when the website says its £12! Nowhere on the website did it say we will be charged extra when walking in! When the staff was questioned about this they didn't really have a genuine reason and said oh well it's cheaper when booked online! When taking over 10 kids to play it all adds up! Then I don't understand if paying that much entry fee we get ripped off in the cafe with such high and ridiculous prices for food and drinks! Not a place we will want to visit again, even the kids were bored after half n hour!

Took my kids to Jump Maniax in Preston as a last resort as all breaks in the UK were fully booked but it didn't disappoint, my kids had a excellent time plus some good exercise! There is a viewing window in the cafe upstairs so you can see how your kids are doing which is pretty decent and I recommend buying your tickets from Groupon as its more cheaper than buying direct, only downside is the in house food is quite expensive and you can't bring food from outside but on the plus side the food was really good the best fries I've tested and all food are Halal so it's worth spending on food especially when treating your kids overall I 100% recommend this place

Don't know who enjoyed this more us or the kids .. my niece had her birthday party here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had one of the party packages that included 1hr in the arena, 40 mins in the party room with unlimited juice and pizza and chips.We went on obviously to keep the peace and make sure the kids were playing nicely.. not at all because we are big kids ourselves and just wanted a bounceFantastic place

Kids loved it and we did get free tickets. Lovely friendly staff but it was really dirty in the bathrooms I should have mentioned my fault but we were rushing out. They need a huge clean as does the whole place. Sorry to moan it must be a nightmare to clean but the kids came out of there and I will literally be burning their socks...

We've been here twice and on both occasions we've had such a great time. On our first visit I informed the receptionist my son might be abit overwhelmed and we might have to leave as he has autism and can end up being too much for him, they was so understanding & really went out of their way in making us feel comfortable, they gave us discount on the tickets, free adult carers ticket a they even turned down the music without me mentioning. Luckily on both occasions we've had it all to ourselves which has added the enjoyment of the visits. The whole family love it here, great staff, they remembered us on the 2nd visit which was nice. Will defiantly return.
