Got a great automatic golf here. No pushy car sales. Curtis was very knowledgeable and friendly. Completely put me at ease in his company. He was really good at his job, and fully understanding when I explained my situation and my budget etc.Get that lad a promotion.Thanks to AJ too for being patient with my slow responce to sorting the care due to circumstances out of my control.

Lovely friendly staff. Bought a car yesterday, very helpful, best way to part exchange and buy a new car. This is the third time we have bought a car from Carshop, and the other 2 times were at Doncaster, who were equally the same as Sheffield for our car shopping experience. Would highly recommend.

Entered in a pickle. Spoke with a customer service assistant called Jayne. Very calm, kind and helpful. She referred me to other members of staff who were all super helpful and friendly and informative. Came out with a solution against all odds. Can't recommend these guys enough.

We bought a car over the weekend, charlotte gave us space to look around and approached to see how we were doing. We were able to look in a car and all option discussed about reserving the car, while we did some research. We took the plunge and everything was explained and we didn’t feel pressured into anything. Tom then went through the financial side and again fully explained and felt under no pressure. We picked up the car the following day after speaking and signing all the paperwork with Jonathan and finally shown around the car to drive home. A really good and positive experience.

Id give this pace Zero stars if i could. I drove 75 miles to take someone to see a car. Shocked isn’t the word. Not counting that both the sides of the car had damage and needed painting, which wasn’t mentioned before going, even though they were asked if any problems were with the car or it needed any paint, we were assured it didn’t.The slimy self centred salesman. Stated, and i kid you not dont worry if you dont want this

Excellent service from Jordan Green and his manager Dan at the Sheffield branch. They helped buying my new car with a smooth stress free experience, a very professional and friendly transaction. I would also like to mention the business manager Jon Ball, his knowledge of how to protect my new car was exceptional I now have peace of mind motoring for years to come. Thankyou to the whole team from start to finish where the wonderful people helped tax my car and show me how all the new gadgets work. A brilliant place to buy from and I will definitely be buying my wife's car from there in the future

We went to browse for a car and we were initially met by very friendly staff at the entrance who explained how the dealership worked. When we had chosen some models to look into we spoke to a very helpful young man called Max who explained all our options and gave us plenty of no pressure advice. Max was very helpful and informative throughout the initial process. The guys who dealt with the finalising of the paperwork were very efficient and helpful also. We did not expect to find such a great deal but the whole dealership is a friendly, relaxed place and we would definitely come back here again and recommend for car buying.
