Middlesbrough Golf Club

Beautiful course which played well. Greens ran true.I was part of a visiting team plying in a match. Our opponents were great company and the post match meal was excellent.I will definitely return to play this course again.

Today I came here to play 18 holes, very friendly at the pro shop as my first time visiting! Had to cut my game short due to the weather and the fact the course was extremely slippery. Notified the pro in the shop and he just shrugged it off, would have been nice for a partial refund or to rearrange coming back for another game! Was interested in getting a membership here also but after this interaction to a paying customer have thought against this! Shame really!

The course was an absolute disgrace, I should of wore wellies to play golf in . Should never of been open. I was really looking forward to it as its had good reports but stay well away for at least the next month until it dries out a heck of a bit.

Top golf course presented beautifully. Lots of challenging tree lined holes all in their own space. Fairways and greens in great condition. Nice clubhouse with reasonable prices for food and drink.

Really nice golf course and we'll worth a visit to play. Have to be honest the clubhouse staff could do with working on their welcoming skills as they seemed to expect you knew what you could order without being able to see a menu. And when you asked what could you have it seemed to be a bit of a chore. That aside very good course and worth playing.

Myself and 15 others played in the Seniors Open, 4 ball better ball pairs on 6th July 2022. The event was well organised, course in excellent condition, clubhouse staff very friendly. Good pint, good food. Just cannot fault the place, first time to play there for us, will be going again.

Absolute perfection, went for the opening season event with the band Last Anthem who by the way we're probably the best local band I've ever seen. The staff, the cleanliness and the atmosphere was spot on, the food was chicken pie which had a generous portion of chicken inside with nice size mushrooms and the homemade chips were huge with the best tasting chicken gravy ever. Overall I would attend more events here, although not into golf this place had a nice atmosphere and we felt the prices were very good! The charity element too was a lovely touch and had no problem supporting this with a donation and even won a prize in the raffle! 5* is unfortunately the biggest rating allowed to provide this place deserves more than double that perfection" is what comes to mind."

Great course, nicely presented and in lovely condition with some lovely looking holes. Greens were a little slow but that is probably down to the recent weather.The only down side was the strange attitude of the staff in the clubhouse who seemed to expect us to be able to order food and drink without being able to see a menu. Beer selection wasn't great either, so we went to a pub afterwards instead.

Great golf course and im looking forward to going back
