Do not use this company! They have taken my money and I've heard nothing from them since, beware they take your money and run!!!

Firstly I'd like to say the people whom you employ are the face of the business.On this occasion the engineer who had an appointment did not attend. The attitude displayed by an individual has severely impacted us as a family because they know where we live.They did not apologise for wasting customers time. engineer said I can't be arsed" were his exact words and alot more which I will not disclose on here.overall I would not recommend"
