Used to always order from here since 2015. Really good when it first opened. Since the past year or so I’ve stopped ordering as the food quality went down so much. Didn’t say anything back then I thought they’re probably having a rough time and just ordered again recently, nothings changed. The wings weren’t fried properly, I could still see the hair on the chicken skin. Last time I ordered for my friends over £50 order, the wraps were stale tasting, hardly any sauce and it was basically a mess. Feel bad saying this, but wouldn’t waste my money here anymore.

Order was wrong,when the right order finally came it was hardly cooked & the chips stone cold,had to put pizza back in oven so it was actually cooked,used to be very good now very poor standard food,wont be using ranchers again.

Really disappointed with the service here. Spent £35 on 2 meals paid extra for cheese on the chips with the meals, 2 milkshakes which we paid extra for cream on, gravy and onion rings. Half the food was cold, only received 1 chips and cheese, the gravy was not what I expected looked more like chicken soup... sent us 2 of the same milkshakes without any cream. I rang to say they had missed out things on our order to then be told we had only paid for the extra on one meal when it clearly states on our receipt that we had paid 7.78 per meal (which is the 5.99 plus 1.79 for cheesy chips) so clearly did not only pay for one. The manager was snotty and didn't even try to rectify the mistakes just tried fobbing the mistake off on the app we ordered through. Worst meal I've ordered ever. Avoid at all cost could spent less elsewhere and have a far better meal. Terrible management aswell.

I’ve had food from here allot and I’m always happy especially with the chips and cheese and the red salt they use on chips lovely would go there just for the chips alone they are that good and are not shy with there portions especially the amount of cheese they put on their chips is well good… if your getting a wrap or burger or anything I would add the chips and cheese or make it a meal cos the chips are amazing. I would recommend the double chicken burger meal the wraps are great too.

I go here alot after school and on weekends its an amazing chicken place that has a wide variety of options even if you do not enjoy chicken. Aswell as this the staff are very friendly and prepar food quickly without a hassle.

I tried it for the first time. It's a poor version of KFC.The chicken was dried out and tasteless, walked the 200yards from the shop to my home and the chicken was only warm. Beans only warm.VERY DISAPPOINTING.Positives:Good size portion of fries.
