Exceptional Service from Andy at Amt Leeds.I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Andy, the driver from Amt Leeds lease. From start to finish, his dedication and professionalism truly impressed me.Firstly, Andy's punctuality were remarkable. He arrived right on time, as promised, and even sent a courtesy message to confirm the delivery details. This level of communication immediately put me at ease.Throughout the entire delivery process, Andy exhibited a remarkable level of care and attention to detail. He ensured that the vehicle was in great condition, taking the time to explain its features and answering all my questions thoroughly. His knowledge and expertise were evident, making me feel confident in my choice to rent from Amt Leeds.Moreover, Andy's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. Beyond bad experience.From the start to finish it’s been a nightmare and one I’m very very happy to be out of.At first AMT wouldn’t leave me alone and were very quick to take money off me. Feeling pressured but also happy that they had the car I wanted so went along with it.Fast forward 3 months and coming up to the up supposed delivery date, I had zero communication from the CS team so I chased to find out car was not going to be ready and could be anytime in sep.To find a quick solution I was offered a slightly better model at a higher expense would was in stock. Again AMT we’re super quick to make sure I signed the papers ( seems to be the only goal ).Following that I had zero communication again and when I chased I got a snooty email back.Disgraceful company, wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole and has put me off leasing again.Not to mention it’s cost £ 600 to get out of the agreement. ( worthy price to pay to not have to deal these cowboys ).

Very professional, and friendly service, advised of estimated delivery time, and was this kept, given a walk round the vehicle when dropped off advised of any imperfections, Andy was very helpful and friendly.

Nice clean car delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus for me. The car was nice to drive and obviously well maintained. Collection was on time, but they appeared to be trying their best to find any blemishes, scratches, wheel scuffs that they could. Never seen someone inspect an alloy wheel for so long in my life. As it happened there was nothing to find so all good. I suppose the meticulous approach is good but did make me feel uncomfortae.
