St Catherine's City Store
Probably the best kept secret of second hand shopping in Preston. They have a fill a bag for £10 deal - here's a summary of what I bought for £10.Stradivarius t-shirt, Austin Reed blouse, 2 New Look tops, 2 M&S tops, Next men's shirt, Primark backpack, French Connection blouse,Zara jeans, top and cardigan, Nike leggings, 4 other tops, skechers, velvet clutch. You have to dig around and it took me an hour and a half to find all of that but my God the sheer value for money is insane. If you take the shopper bag back next time it's only £8. I feel loathe to share this in case it gets too popular and I never find any good stuff here again, but it is a charity shop, and St Catherine's have given palliative care to so many people I knew, they deserve some hype for this. I'm taking my sister tomorrow.I didn't even talk about the furniture.

Received a parking fine when dropping my wedding dress off the recent event. My husband waited in the car with the engine running and we were there just 5minutes

I couldnt beleive the goods being donated where not going on the shelfs instead they where going into the back of a van for peanuts i would amagine instead of making as much as possible for the charity any goods you donate at the ribbleton lane branch you will probably see on manchester road car boot making money for the stall holder not the charity its a shame because its such a worthy charity its a shame the manager is probably taking a back hander when he could be making so much more for st catherines charity

The Fill a bag idea is good but the furniture prices are a bit on the high side for second hand.

The furniture selection is really good and reasonably priced. Parking is a bit of a nightmare so I went on a Saturday afternoon when the neighbouring businesses are closed.
