No wonder so many people fly tip when the decent option is dealing with NLC. Jobsworth supervisors quoting health and safety laws when all I wanted to do was throw some cushions in a skip.

Well laid out centre and usually helpful staff but the closing times are not remotely followed. Showed up with between 10-15 minutes to go which i apprenticed was cutting it close to find the gates locked and not a soul on site.
