A breakdown of our dishwasher was reported in the late afternoon and a phone call to A&M Appliance Care resulted in a booking for late the next morning - after two other jobs. He arrived on time and it was very quickly clear that he is an expert with Miele equipment. Not only did he fix the problem almost straight away, but as part of his visit he also gave our 10 year machine the once over - which it passed. A very fair fee for an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant man who really does know his stuff. I thoroughly recommended him.
