Highly recommend Lee, friendly, fast, and efficient. I phoned Lee by mistake thinking he was another clearance company; I’m so glad I did, great customer service, and I will ask him again if the need arises.

I am not someone who normally writes reviews, but I have been so impressed by this company's assistance I feel it's the least I can do!Being over 150 miles away, and having the mammoth job of clearing my late uncle's flat, I found Lee, who dealt with the whole process efficiently and professionally. The flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift and my uncle was a hoarder, but Lee moved everything including a piano and his fees were extremely reasonable for the hard work involvedLee communicated with me the whole way and made a very stressful time, so much easier for me. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him.

After reading our local Community Newspaper about Lee who found during clearance some WW1 veterans medals, tracing up who it belong too so it could be return, quite impressive. Often company will not bother and make a capital gain. Not Lee and its clearance business. We recommended it to some friends and they were very please with the overall service Lee offered. Needed to clear remaining furniture ( the heavy and awkward bits)from a second floor retirement flat. Everything had to be taken out via the stairs.Lee and assistant were quick, efficient, cheerful and polite.I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them again myself.

Let down by other company at last minute. But lee was able to clear a property for me after a job he had finished. He started at 16.00 and was finished by 21.30. Lee and his team went out of their way to help and it was even slightly cheaper than the company that let me down.

Lee did a fantastic job clearing many plants in pots in my garden. They were prompt, friendly and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this service to all. Will certainly use them again should the need arise.
