Absolutely horrible service and the rudest person I ever met.... destroyed then engine whilst testing emissions 6 times red lined the engine. Was no need for it.Mot tester, was absolutely cocky and rude... obviously he doesn't know nothing about the cars.Never again. Horrible place. Avoid it if you value your money and car.

Excellent service and quick too, I got my A/C serviced and gassed, it was completely not working so needed to get it sorted for summer. The guys booked me in and completely fixed it, now my car's like a fridge on wheels.

I booked my appointment online through a link via email. The online booking and the registration at the reception was straightforward. It took approximately 45 minutes for an MOT, there are water dispenser, 8 seats, and 2 toilets at the reception. There are 9 spaces to park. I purchased my voucher through Groupon. The technician advised that I should change my rear tyres soon. The staff are professional.

I went to get my tyre changed here this morning, a busy little garage but very efficient and friendly service. Reception was comfortable, was only here about half an hour but would definitely recommend it. I found the price very competitive too.

The guys are always helpful and advise on products and services to ensure that my car is in the best condition as possible. I always book MOT with service to avoid from disappointments on the day or later on the road. They can also be very busy and booking emergency/same day appointment might not be possible.

I have given them 5 star reviews in the past but I am really disappointed with recent experience. They fitted new brake discs and pads following a service. Immediately I commented on a noise from from front drivers wheel. Took my car back twice, both times they checked it and told me everything was fine. Eventually I took it elsewhere where they discovered that a brake pad had been fitted upside down. Complaint to head office on 12th August was only acknowledged after I rang chasing it on 29th August. Extremely disappointed.

These guys are bullies, especially if you're a female. Got absolutely rinsed for using finance for new tyres in front of other customers. Taking the piss out of me from the moment I walked in, originally tried to take it as banter but taking the piss out of my financial situation in front of a whole room of people is low.. so yeah I'd say avoid if you're a woman or using credit, small man syndrome intensified.
