Very professional & friendly team who created a superb bathroom for our family and persevered even though supplier made numerous mistakes with supply of materials! Would highly recommend them!

We needed 4 new internal doors fitted plus frames some skirting board and a new loft hatch. The job turned out to be more difficult than we anticipated due to the age of our home and the construction methods used. Frames and linings were replaced so the new doors would fit, this led to some replastering and restudding of some walls.We are very happy with the quality of the completed works. Matthew remained calm and positive throughout even when we were getting a bit anxious about the delays. None of which were down to SWPR. He managed the job from start to finish finding contractors with availability to complete the extra work required.We have much more to do and would be happy to use SWPR again.

I would just like to say what a wonderful job Matthew did creating a new shower room for us. From building the room to the plumbing and right through to completion he was absolutely brilliant. He was always cheerful even when I was changing my mind and adding extras he remained focused and was happy to answer any questions that were raised. Matthew did quite a bit of work for me during my home renovation, including fitting a my new bathroom as well as supplying and fitting a new boiler (along with other heating/plumbing work).Matthew was a pleasure to deal with from day one. Communication was very good - incredibly responsive to phone calls and text messages and always happy to answer questions we had to make sure we were satisfied. We had one very minor query about skirting which was sorted within 12 hours of me giving Matthew a call, which was really appreciated.First impressions are the quality of the work is also excellent. My previous builder had to leave the job, a 3m kitchen/diner extension, unfinished and when Matthew heard of my predicament he brought forward plans to employ additional trades to ensure the job was completed on time. The work by SWPR has been exemplary and you couldn't meet a more honest, nicer guy who cares about the quality of his work. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Matthew and SWPR, and will be using them for any future projects.

I asked a Facebook page for help with finding someone to fix a leaking shower cubicle. Matthew of SWPR shot back a message! As it's always a risk getting professionals in who you don't know I checked references on line. So far, so good...great reviews.Matthew came round and we eventually decided that the there was a need to go back to square one! Three or 4 days later (very quick) Neil arrived and within a couple of hours had removed the old cubicle and found the reason for the leak. It wasn't going to require going back to the start so he only fitted a new stall. He was professional, honest, tidy, neat and worked to a high standard. He was also patient when I asked stupid questions!In the end I got a refund because it took less time and work to do the job.Outstanding...I'd recommend them next time someone asks.Thank you to Neil and Matthew.

When you get the professionals in, you'd expect a professional job. Sadly that's not always the case. We we're happy with Matthew's quote for fitting our new bathroom and radiators as some other plumbers were trying to rip us off! Matthew knew what he was talking about and worked to a high standard that I haven't seen for a long time. Matthew tidied up after his work every day and kept me informed every step of the way, which was very helpful. I can honestly highly recommend Matthew to anyone who wants the best results for the best price. Oh.... and the shower Matthew fitted is mind blowing.
