My 88 year old dad had a hip replacement and afterwards sadly had a fall. This resulted in knocking his confidence and balance, but Laura came to the rescue!Not only did she physically sort out dad's balance with new insoles, she held his hand so he gained confidence walking again independently with such kindness and respect because she genuinely loves what she does and cares.My mum and dad said it was the best money they have spent in a long time! So if you are pondering on whether to contact Laura with a problem, don't hesitate, just call her, you won't regret it!

Laura is absolutely brilliant and I wholeheartedly recommend her. I suffered a stroke 3 1/2 years ago which left me with left sided paralysis and weakness. I managed to walk with a tripod but this caused my body to lean to one side and the affected knee was hyperextending. I had ankle and foot support from the NHS but they did not work as they did not fit properly. Laura recommended a custom made Ankle and Foot Orthosis. After the fitting it enabled me to walk upright for the first time since the stroke. My leg and my body need to get used to the new support so there is a little way to go. Laura is an experienced orthotist who has a passion for her profession, and she enjoys helping people. I am so lucky to have found her.

Fantastic service and very grateful to them for the help they gave me following a serious, traumatic injury which required the extensive use of a walking boot during my recovery. Laura provided advice and support in the choosing of an orthotic that would suit my needs, and has followed up the assessment and fitting with excellent aftercare and advice. My experience with Laura Aggett was very good. She is professional in all her dealings and best of all, the insoles that she arranged are excellent and have been very helpful. Previously I had an insole and a toe support. Laura came up with insoles that made it possible for me to dispense with the toe support.
