Not sure about others but at least 1 rude member of staff when trying to find the right area of entrance and trying to gain access to visit a resident as a community carer. Looks a bit run down and the inside area and inside the apartments could do with updating. Have overheard residents and had a resident I visited tell me they hated it there dye to rude staff.
