We have been renovating our house for some time and never found a company we were fully happy with to install a wood burner. Prestige Fires are on our high street and we decided to stop by. Great decision! Super knowledgable, friendly and professional. They came on the agreed date and installed everything in less than 2 hours. Excellent service, would highly recommend. Engineer was extremely knowledgable about our fires and got them back working as they were when new. He left the house very tidy and cleaned up around the fires so it looked just like when they were first installed. 10/10

Great experience with Prestige Fires. The booking process was quick and easy. They called 15 mins before arriving and were due to come and clean the chimney and service my gas fireplace. My chimney was cleaned but the gas supply had been removed from the fireplace, so there was nothing to service. It was suggested that I either leave the fireplace as is or have it removed. I asked for it to be removed. The grate was painted to look better as well. This whole process took approx 20 minutes and my flat remained spotless. I was also advised what I could do with my fireplace in the future should I wish to add a new fireplace there, other than keeping it as a decorative space. Fantastic service! Will definitely use them again in the future.

A most efficient service from Prestige Fires. Steve is very knowledgeable and helped me to choose the correct fire for my dining room. Billy and his team who installed the electric fire are very professional, polite and tidy. They cleaned up after themselves leaving the room in excellent condition. I can't praise Prestige Fire enough. I had the best service ever and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The turn around from ordering to instalment was faster than all other suppliers we contacted, and the instalment itself was incredible. They came along on time, helped moved furniture, covered all the surfaces and just got on with it. They also cleaned up completely before leaving… it was like they were never here! They were probably here for 2 hours, if that, and I’m now writing this in front of our lovely, warm, wood burning stove. Fantastic effort and such a polite and friendly team. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
