We've used Perfect Glazing twice now, both times they've been fantastic. Really great price and fitters were quick and tidy, hoovering up after working each day. Notably warmer in the house now. Our contact, Colin, who is in sales doesn't push a hard sale and made us feel comfortable with our choice to use them.

This is not the first time I have used Perfect Glazing & I was not disappointed.Absolutely delighted with the entire experience from start to finish.The sales representative was very knowledgeable & immediately understood my requirements.The windows/doors were ordered to meet a very tight schedule.The fitters arrived on time & the job was completed promptly & to a very high standard. Very tidy workers & no mess !The company is extremely easy to work with & nothing was too much trouble.I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Glazing.... well priced & an excellent product. Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone from Tony the rep to the brilliant team of Darren, Robbie and Ricki who fitted our windows and doors so expertly deserves 5 stars. Not only do the windows look great but the boys cleaned up and were polite and very hard working.

Great job!Someone came out to take measurements and give me a quote very quickly! Same day I phoned!Managed to get a price i wad happy with and booked in, was told would take a few weeks to get the windows made, happened alot quicker than predicted and the guys that came to fit the new windows and door were 10/10.. made me feel instantly comfortable done a great job and left my house clean and tidy very single night.Communication along the way was great and garry and Rose from the office were happy to answer any questions I had (which was alot!)Recommend highly

Do not use this company. Had my windows installed years ago, had problems from the start. Insides had a terrible finish they never came back out to sort but worst of all we started getting leaks through our downstairs rooms, turns out they installed our windows WITH NO SILLS!!! Nowhere for the water to run down on the outside. It’s been gathering for years and destroyed the downstairs rooms with water coming through. Absolute cowboys!!!!

I was impressed with Perferct Glazing due to the presentation and professionalism of Colin, the sales rep. He also presented a very good product with a good price point, so we looked at the other quotes presented and jointly agreed to sign up with Perfect Glazing.A few days later, Gordon arrived to measure up, and from that, we were advised 3/4 weeks for installation.We did have a mishap on installation day, which reflects my 4 stars. After a few phone calls, all was sorted out by Adam & Gordon. We received a call one week later from William confirming our new installation date.All I'm going to say is that the difference between the first fitters and the team of Gerry, Chris, and Young Aaron was day and night. From first contact to finish, they were friendly, polite, and very informative right through the installation. Professional, neat, and tidy and an eye for detail. So if you get these 3 guys, you're guaranteed a perfect job.Oh, and the standard of the manufacture of the double glazing is of a very high standard. All in all, we are very happy with the outcome.

From start to finish it was really easy to get an appointment, Tony was professional and gave us a great deal and within 2 weeks the windows were ready.Stuart the fitter was professional, on time and clean tidy worker and took pride in work to make sure the windows were fitted to our satisfaction. Minimal mess also and everything was cleared away.Will not hesitate to use company again in the future
