Brilliant service, couldn't ask for more! Both the mobile service and the drop off I did today at Leeds for some warranty work have been first class!! All the people I have dealt with from Leeds have been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing has seemed to much for them and Phil has kept me update with everything throughout the day! This kind of service makes me want to stay with a tesla for good, well done Leeds and thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service. We drove into the Leeds Tesla service centre today without an appointment in a hire car with a faulty key, the only key we had. By the time the car was charged a technician had reprogrammed a new key for us and we were on our way. Thank you so much to the staff for their generosity and efficiency.

Excellent supercharging speeds, nice area to work inside and great location

Looking for a new car with no experience of electric cars I had a few questions. Although some of my questions were answered the attitude of the salesman was the car is there take it for a drive....If you like it you will buy it...There was no informative brochures or any real conversation.

Called in today with my wife and daughter to look at a Y. Aimeé could not have been more helpful. Went though every feature with a brlliant down to earth attitude then gave us a key and sent us off for a test drive.Customer service done properly.Thank you.

Very poor customer service.I went there to check tesla model Y as my job offered to lease me this car through NHS Fleet. The guy working there was very rude with his looks and he never even offered help. I asked him can I see the model Y the just nodded and pointed to the car. I thought he was busy doing something however, he was checking his mobile!This act from the sales person got me to think and re-evaluate my decision as imagine this is the sales person, what will be the attitude if something went wrong with the car, which happens with tesla cars?!So instead I chose Jaguar iPaceTo conclude, don't expect any help there, I seems Elon is not paying enough :D

Great service! We stopped by hoping we could just do a quick test drive before buying our Tesla and Awais went above and beyond to make our experience with testing/buying a car as easy as possible. Thank you!

The way car showrooms should be , not to many staff milling about making it a pleasant viewing experience, booked a test drive, Abbie was fantastic talked me through controls and sent me on my way , answered all my questions upon return and emailed me information on car I requested . Honestly this is the way forward for buying a car.
