Say you have attempted delivery when you have not at all. Not even a call card left for so called attempt. Bad customer service

Extremely unhelpful and rude. Tried to get some help but instead they were talking in their own language laughing and then answering which just makes you feel like they are talking about you and having a laugh. Very unprofessional.
