From start to finish Kenny and his team were outstanding. Kenny initial contact was prompt and friendly. He came out to view the work and did not attempt to give any heavy sales pitch, just a straightforward, honest quote. Kenny kept in touch throughout the process and whenever I texted with a query he replied promptly and courteously.The professionalism of the fitters was fantastic. They came on time, got on with the job, were polite and friendly, and fitted great looking, sturdy windows, which Kenny, himself, signed off.This is a local business, providing first class, honest, high quality products and workmanship. It has been a pleasure to have Kenny and his team fit windows in my daughters flat, and I would highly recommend them.

I had five windows replaced recently and I'm extremely happy with the service I got from Kenny and the team.A lot of companies insisted on calling and visiting first and then putting in the hard sell, but Kenny was able to give me a quote (which was very good) from the information I provided over email and there was no pressure which I appreciated a lot.The whole process was very straightforward, it took about 4 weeks from measuring to fitting and they could do it all in one day and the guys were very nice to work with.The windows themselves have made a huge difference to noise and heat insulation. They also make the room look bigger somehow. Overall it's a massive improvement to the flat.

Had some of my windows replaced a few months ago by Kenny and his team. Kenny was great from the word go. He wasn’t pushy at all like some salesmen. The windows were fitted very quickly after being given the quote and the guys who fitted the windows were also great. I couldn’t believe how quick and tidy they were. The price was very competitive too. Highly recommend.

a few of our neighbours had new patio doors fitted by kenny at west farm Windows , so this year we descided that we would change our sliding patio doors for French door style patio doors.We did not even bother phoning round after the feed back other people had made.We contacted kenny and he arranged a very quick home visit, he explained how long they would take to make and instal. We opted for white doors with gold handles. He kept us up to date with the progress.And today the 4/4/2016 kennys team of fitters arrived, removed our old doors,fitted the new ones.They look fantastic. The quality is superb (you get what you pay for) not only did they do a superb job,The fitters even took away the old doors and cleaned up all the mess. Just fantastic.I realy can't praise them enough well done lads.We will definitely use west farm Windows again as we will probably replace our Windows within the next year or so. Just had 8 windows fitted .From the initial contact to the measuring to the install it was first class. Reasonably priced great bunch of guys that completed the job. I would recommend westfarm windows for a first class job
